Gable chairman Sofaer steps down
Lichtenstein-based Gable Holdings' non-executive chairman Michael Sofaer has stepped down from the board to concentrate on family and other business commitments, the company has announced.
Jost Pilgrim is to take up the role of interim non-executive chairman with immediate effect. Plexus Law associate Andrew Trott has also been appointed a non-executive director to the company.
