Towergate sells Hayward Aviation to JLT for £27m
Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group has bought Towergate's Hayward Aviation for £27m.
Hayward operates in the UK, Europe and South Africa and is focused on helicopters and private and corporate fixed wing aircraft for high net worth customers and SME aviation clients.
