Are brokerages ticking the right boxes when it comes to attracting new talent and are they doing enough to keep young recruits once they have got them through the door? In the final instalment of Young Broker State of the Nation, Post reports its survey findings and looks at what opportunities young people see in broking, how certain they feel about their future and why sticking with broking in the tough, early days might be the best piece of advice a young person joining the industry gets.
