The good people at the Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department were no doubt on tenterhooks after TV funnyman Rufus Hound outlined plans to burn his house down.

The mustachioed comedian and Argumental panellist complained that his boiler had spontaneously failed and, while a call to an emergency plumber had yielded little success, Hound threatened a grand
