Aon completes share sale in India joint venture
Global broker Aon has completed the sale of a 26% stake in Indian broker Aon Global Insurance Brokers to its joint venture partner Global Insurance Services.
Aon had entered the venture in 2001 and has helped grow the broker significantly; it now collects over £230m in premiums. The Mumbai-headquartered broker will become Global Insurance Brokers.
