Ecclesiastical has claimed the creation of a sales academy for its development underwriters has boosted individuals' new business volumes by 13%.
Based on data from the first year of its sales academy, the insurer's own research has pointed to a link between participation in Ecclesiastical's training programme and a rise new business wins.
