MMA merger leads to new role for chief exec Fearn
Current MMA chief executive Garry Fearn will take on the role of executive deputy chairman of Covea Insurance from September this year.
The change in Fearn's position at the firm coincides with the planned MMA merger with Provident, and rebrand to Covea Insurance in the UK - the January annoucement of which saw the combined CEO role
