European and Latin American broker MDS Holdings plans to expand its global footprint beyond its current Portuguese, Angolan and Brazilian territories.
The company has not disclosed interest in specific territories but has recruited Jacqueline Legrand, pictured, to identify target markets and spearhead the expansion in her new role as chief operating
