The AA has reshuffled its management team as part of its transformation programme in a bid to increase focus on the customer and simplify management structures.
Mike Lloyd (pictured), who was previously group commercial director, is now responsible for the commercial areas across roadside assistance. Subject to regulatory approval, he will also be responsible
