Everatt buy makes Parabis a £100m turnover company
Parabis Law has expanded its defendant insurance operation and secured a foothold in the Midlands after completing a takeover of Everatt & Company.
The deal, which marks Parabis Law's sixth acquisition, has created a £100m plus turnover business with more than 60 partners and 1000 employees. The firm includes defendant and claimant firms Plexus
