RSA boss: CMCs not cause of referral fees
RSA's UK chief executive Adrian Brown has called for action against "hefty" lawyer fees and the amount they pay claims management companies rather than targeting CMCs themselves.
This comes after the Ministry of Justice said 349 rogue CMCs had been stripped of their licences and shut down by its Claims Management Regulation Unit in 2010/11.
