Whiplash fraud “minimal” in Hong Kong says Kwiksure

Suspected whiplash frauds remain minimal in number in Hong Kong according to data from Asian broker Kwiksure.
Police data shows that there is a monthly average of 1000 crashes involving personal injury, while whiplash remains the most common injury sustained.
