In the wake of the pandemic Office of National Statistics data reveals record levels of unemployment with young people hardest hit as employers scale back on recruitment opportunities.

With this in mind we asked our experts whether insurance companies are maintaining internships and graduate programmes at the same level now as pre-pandemic; what firms are seeing in terms of applicant numbers; and how these schemes differ with reduced in person interaction?
