Hammond calls for EU free trade agreement on financial services
Philip Hammond has said there is no reason that the UK financial sector cannot be part of a free trade agreement post Brexit.
The Chancellor’s speech comes after the Prime Minister said that the UK will abandon passporting after Brexit due to a departure from the single market.
Hammond said that the UK’s financial services
