Justice Select Committee to reinstate whiplash inquiry
The Justice Select Committee has confirmed it intends to reinstate its inquiry into the government’s whiplash reforms.
Speaking at a fringe meeting at the Conservative Party Conference yesterday, committee chair Bob Neill MP said personal injury reforms remained “very much” on the agenda, but was unable to give a date
