Neon expands offshore footprint with Sapphire purchase
Neon has expanded its offshore footprint through the acquisition of Guernsey-based Sapphire Underwriters.
The Lloyd’s carrier purchased the Guernsey-based managing general agent from parent company Heritage. Neon did not disclose the value of the deal.
