HHH on verge of major announcement with sale mooted
Hill House Hammond (HHH) is expected to make a major announcement within the next 24 hours, Insurance Age magazine has learned. Sources have speculated that the announcement could be related to a possible sale of the business. HHH was unavailable for comment and Norwich Union refused to comment. It is not expected that any deal will involve either Bradford & Bingley or the AA, both of which have been rumoured to have been interested in the broker.
All HHH regional managers are understood to be meeting today at 4.30pm in one of the broker’s Kent offices. Staff in all regions will then be briefed tomorrow morning at 9.30am.One market source told
