EMB founder plots return with underwriting agency

One of the founding partners of specialist general insurance consultancy firm EMB, Mike Brockman, is understood to be in talks about returning to the market with a personal-lines-focused underwriting agency.

Mr Brockman, who handed over his client responsibilities in May this year to become a consulting partner, is believed to be considering setting up the venture in Gibraltar with pay-as-you-go motor
