Axa pledges autonomy in mass branch overhaul
Regional brokers have welcomed an overhaul of Axa's "overly bureaucratic" regional strategy, after commercial chief executive Amanda Blanc outlined plans to devolve decision-making power from the insurer's head office.
There are 114 jobs under threat at the London head office as a result of Ms Blanc's decision to reduce Axa's senior management team and shift focus to the branch network, giving each branch
