British Insurance Awards winner video: Bollington MD Chris Patterson

To celebrate its victory in two categories at the British Insurance Awards, Bollington Insurance Brokers managing director Chris Patterson shares his thoughts on its success.

Having completed a management buyout from former parent Groupama Insurances in 2013, Bollington seized its new found independence to reassert itself in its core markets and diversify into new product areas.

In conversation with Incisive Media insurance division content director Jonathan Swift, Patterson explains what has changed since the MBO; how it maintains such high levels of customer satisfaction and retention; and what is next for Bollington.

Having scooped both the Insurance Broker of the Year - SME/Mid-corporate and overall Insurance Broker of the Year awards at the British Insurance Awards, Patterson also details what seperates Bollington and its staff apart from its rivals.
