Sue Brown

Susan Brown is chair of Motor Accidents Solicitors Society and has been a director at Prolegal since 2007. She also heads up personal injury and professional negligence.

Brown qualified as a legal executive in 1994 and as a solicitor in 1996. She has specialised in personal injury work since 1990, having spent 13 years at West End firm Reid Minty, and four years on the defendant side with Royal & Sun Alliance Legal.

At Prolegal she handles catastrophic injury claims, some disease and clinical negligence as well as professional negligence, and is responsible for overall supervision of personal injury claims within the firm.

She is an APIL senior litigator, a CPD assessor for the SRA, and sits on the Lexis Nexis editorial board for PI. Brown is a regular commentator on legal issues in the legal and national press.

Brown is also a director on the Claims Portal Co board representing Mass.
