Far from silencing her, Catherine Drummond, a partner at LCP, shares how the hate mail she received as an LGBT+ woman has spurred her on to encourage others to speak out and share their own experiences of barriers they have faced.
I count myself lucky that despite being an LGBT+ woman, I have personally experienced very little in the way of discrimination.
