E-certificates put on a par with paper
The insurance industry has welcomed the introduction of regulation giving electronic motor insurance policies legal parity with paper policies.
From 20 April insurers are expected to be able to send e-certificates to customers via e-mail or other electronic means.
However, the industry has warned of the need for ongoing vigilance regarding
