DLG expects £2.7bn value on flotation
Direct Line Group has announced a price range for its planned initial public offering of 160p to 195p per share.
The mid-point of the range puts the group's market capitalisation at £2.7bn, and DLG expects to offer up to 500 million shares comprised solely of those being sold by parent RBS.
