DLG publishes IPO prospectus

Direct Line Group logo

Direct Line Group published its prospectus this afternoon for an initial public offering.

The insurer is offering up to 500 million ordinary shares of 10p each at an offer price expected to be between 160p and 195p per ordinary share.
