Pet insurance complaints hit five-year high
The latest Financial Ombudsman Service complaints data for Q1 has been released, revealing that pet insurance complaints have hit a five-year high.
The FOS states that, in Q1 of 24/25, it received 504 complaints related to pet insurance, up 34% when compared to the same period in 23/24, and a 13% increase on the previous quarter.
