DLG launches scheme to raise vehicle repair standards

DLG's Vehicle Damage Assessor scheme

Direct Line Group has launched a Vehicle Damage Assessor accreditation programme, recognised by the Institute of the Motor Industry.

The firm described the initiative as a “vital step” to take as as the automotive world evolves, citing electric vehicles, advanced driver assistance systems, and advanced materials.

The move makes
