Xchanging obtains broker services control from Aon
Technology services provider Xchanging has gained full control of Xchanging Broker Services.
Xchanging formed the Enterprise Partnership with Aon in 2006. Aon exercised the put option it holds to transfer its entire shareholding in Xchanging Broker Services to Xchanging.
The transfer gives
