Biba 2013: Biba replaces White as compliance boss
The British Insurance Brokers' Association has filled the training and compliance vacancy left by Steve White in his move to chief executive.
Biba has recruited Marsh's David Sparkes, currently senior technical advisor in the broker's compliance department, to fill the role.
White was named Biba CEO in March, leaving his position as head of
