Swinton appoints Rob Harding as chief financial officer
Swinton has appointed Rob Harding as its chief financial officer following the resignation of Chris Plumer, pending regulatory approval.
Harding, who is currently chief risk officer at the broker, is a qualified chartered accountant, with significant experience of advising financial services firms on finance, risk and regulatory
