The greatest challenges faced by those involved in evidencing outcomes or writing their company’s Consumer Duty board report in July 2024 have been revealed by a Chartered Insurance Institute poll.

An online survey, carried out in partnership with FWD Research, gathered 144 responses between10 and 26 July this year and showed evidencing outcomes for vulnerable customers was the most significant
