Scor’s battle with activist investor rumbles on amid Covéa legal action
Activist investor CIAM has blasted Scor's strategy as "without significant intrinsic value creation" in a letter to the reinsurer's lead director, following its collapsed merger talks with Covéa.
CIAM, which has a 1.34% stake in the business, has piled pressure on Scor since the merger talks with shareholder Covéa fell through.
