Majority of Kaikoura claims to be paid by end of year, says ICNZ

The majority of claims will be paid out for last year's deadly Kaikoura earthquake on South Island by the end of the year according to the Insurance Council of New Zealand.

November’s 7.8 magnitude earthquake killed two people and set off landslides, damaged bridges, buildings and roads in Kaikoura, North Canterbury and Wellington.
