A fundamentally dishonest personal injury claimant has been ordered to pay almost £4500 in defendant costs after it was found in court there was a deliberate attempt to deceive.

Mr Al-Jafari sought damages from Eldon Insurance Services for personal injury more than 12 months after a road traffic accident, and 12 months after his wife had brought a claim. His claim was
