Analysis of the latest Official Injury Claim data by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers alleges that a “clear justice gap” is present when it comes to road injury claims.
Apil reports that in Q2 23, motor injury claims were 45% below pre-pandemic levels, yet the level of traffic on the road, a key indicator for the level of road casualties, was 3% above pre-pandemic
