Post launches new Benchmarking Service

satifaction-survey

Insurance Post’s unique service will benchmark UK insurers’ strategies across key areas, including claims, fraud and technology.

Post is launching a benchmarking service to help insurers better compare their strategies and improve their operating models and this is your chance to take part.

The Benchmarking Service will collate detailed responses from the biggest and most influential insurers to meet the industry’s need for relevant, timely and peer comparison on the market’s most-pressing issues.

Our first areas of focus will be on claims, fraud and technology, followed by ESG, risk management and compliance/regulation in the second half of this year.

Launching in May, the Benchmarking Service will help Post subscribers:

  • Contribute to a collective understanding of the market;
  • Benchmark themselves on the strategies of their peers;
  • Use information to make effective business decisions.

How to participate

Completing the surveys is simple and we are seeking one completed entry per company for each survey.

Please check with your relevant teams before beginning to ensure accuracy.

The survey is only open to UK-registered insurance providers only.

All survey responses will remain anonymous and will not be attributed to any individual or company; however, the aggregated results will be collated to create a report and provide analysis of the data.

This survey is conducted by Infopro Digital and fully complies with the MRS code of conduct.
