Travel insurance complaints hit highest levels since pandemic
The number of travel insurance complaints brought to the Financial Ombudsman Service has increased by 19% in the last year.
According to the ombudsman, there were 4466 complaints about travel insurance in the last financial year.
In the past 10 years, the only time that figure has been greater was when complaints surged due
