RSA acquires Oak Underwriting
RSA has strengthened its position in the high net worth arena with the acquisition of Oak Underwriting.
According to RSA, the deal establishes it as a top three player in the HNW market. It comes as part of a strategy to invest in the firm's mid and high net worth portfolios.
