Guidewire faces class action lawsuit in US
Gainey McKenna & Egleston has filed a class action lawsuit against Guidewire saying it is seeking to recover damages for investors under the federal securities laws.
The New York-based law firm made the filing in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas on behalf of those who bought Guidewire securities between 6 March 2019 and 4 March 2020.
