CMC has license revoked by Claims Management Regulator
A holiday-sickness firm has had its license revoked by the Claims Management Regulator after it had encouraged holiday goers to fabricate gastric illness claims.
Lancashire-based CMC, Allsure, was found to have coaxed holiday goers to make false claims for gastric illness in order to get compensation.
