FOS business interruption uphold rate drops to 11%

The Financial Ombudsman Service upheld 11% of business interruption insurance cases between July and September this year, according to its latest figures.

This was down on the 15% uphold rate in the previous quarter and below the highpoint of 55% between January and March (see graph).
