Risk report attacks industry failures
The insurance industry's failure to make significant changes to the "deficient" commercial lines sector has been "wholly unacceptable", according to research firm Mactavish.
In its report, Corporate Risk & Insurance — the Case for Placement Reform, Mactavish revealed that 87% of insurance buyers do not fully understand the duty of insurance disclosure.
